Solar Systems USA's goal is ALWAYS to accommodate the customer and deliver a great buying experience.  We become “online buddies” with many of our customers and get to know them on a first name basis.  For instance, our phone system is designed to give us the customer’s first name when they call our 1-800 number and it is not uncommon for one of the founding members of  Solar Systems USA to answer the phone when you call and say, “Hello John Doe, what can we do for you today?”

• The only time we do not adhere to our low margin mark-up is if the manufacturer requires we adhere to a contractually agreed upon MSRP or “Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price”.  Typically, an agreement like this would require Solar Systems USA to sell the product for no less than 10% or 20% of the manufacturer’s advertised price.   Currently there are only two brands that require this practice.
