Warranty Information

Improvements to both product and performance warranties have been made to Canadian Solar’s PV module series. Canadian Solar's warranty now provides a linear performance guarantee for power output over a 25-year period as well as having a product warranty covering workmanship and material defects to 10 years.

Canadian Solar expects that the actual power output of its modules would be no less than 97% of the labelled power output during the first year of operation, but declining by no more than 0.7% annually. Over a 25-year period, actual power output is expected to be no less than 80% of the labelled power output.

The company also noted that the enhanced warranties were to remain backed by a 25-year, non-cancellable insurance policy issued by A.M. Best rated, investment grade insurance underwriters.

All solar modules are shipped by a freight-line or trucking company to prevent breakage.
Each manufacturer is different in the number of modules per pallet. It ranges from 18 per pallet to 40 per pallet.
Shipping cost is a pass-through cost to the customer. This is not a profit center for SSUSA!

There are alot of solar panel companies, and some cost more, and some less...some might be better, some worse...but with all the research i've done, these will do everything i will ever need...And Solar Systems USA has some of the best prices, and will do there best to make sure your order is handled in a resonable time frame.....Make sure you communicate your needs and expectations to them, and they will do all they can to take care of you...Great Company to do buisness with....Russell, S.E.
