Warranty Information
Materials or Worksmanship
Sun Electronics warrants the modules to be free from defects in materials on workmanship under
normal application, installation, use, and service conditions. If the product fails to conform to this warranty,
then for a period ending sixty (60) months from date of sale to the original consumer purchaser,
Sun Electronics will, at its option, either repair or replace the product or refund the purchaser price.
The repair, replacement or refund remedy shall be the sole and exclusive remedy provided under this warranty.
Power Output
Sun Electronics warrants for a period of ten (10) years from the date of sale to the original consumer purchaser that
the power rating at Standard Test Conditions will remain at 80% or greater of Sun Electronics' Minimum Specified
Power Rating. Sun Electronics Further warrants for a period of thirty (30) years from the date of sale to the original
consumer purchaser that the power rating at Standard Test Conditions will remain at 75% or greater of Sun Electronics
Minumum Specified Power Rating. Sun Electronics will, at its option, repair or replace the product, refund the purchase
price, or provide the purchaser with additional modules to make up lost power, provided that such degradation is
deterined to be due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal installation, application, and use. The relevant
Minimum Specified Power Rating is defined in Sun Electronics' product data sheet at the time of shipment. Standard Test
Conditions are irradiance of 1000 W/m2, 25C cell Temperature, and AM 1.5 light Spectrum.

Things you need to now about SSUSA shipping:
- All solar modules are shipped by a freight-line or trucking company to prevent breakage.
- Each manufacturer is different in the number of modules per pallet. It ranges from 18 per pallet to 40 per pallet.
- Shipping cost is a pass-through cost to the customer. This is not a profit center for SSUSA!
